Most Orders go out one day after the order is placed. Not all but most....read below.
I ship 2nd day FedEx as my free shipping option.
UPS is a backup service I seldom use and will delay order.
Payment:
All payments are processed using Paypal.Why Palpal? Because with Paypal I never come in contact with yout credit card numbers or financial information and they handle all the security. As a small independent dealer internet security is too much for me to keep up with. I leave it to the experts.You may use a Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal account, or even a check to pay for the merchandise. A Paypal account is NOT required to make a purchase. At checkout you are taken to a secure page managed by Paypal. On that page it will ask if you have an account or want to proceed without opening an account. It recognizes if you HAD an account and you may have to go to that area to complete checkout even if it has not been used in a long time. Sorry, I don't make the rules.
New Security:
A new security procedure is in place for some cards. Many card holders are now required to go the the Card providers web site and obtain a SECURITY CODE. ( Not from the back of the credit card). If you get a notice saying SECURITY CODE INVALAD / does not match then this is most likely the problem assuming you entered all the other information correctly. Call your bank for instructions. Yes, I know it is a headache as I learned this trying to make a purchase a few weeks ago. For Debit cards you may have to have your Daily Limit increased. Again call your bank. You may also see a $1.00 charge on your statement. Not me doing it. The bank use this for verification. They remove it about 24 hours later.
I do not receive any credit card information. I only receive verification that the card address is the same as the shipping address. If you want the rings sent to another address please contact your card provider and make the change before buying the rings.Do this a few days before you order to prevent a fraud alert. I will not ship to a non verified address.
TIME FRAME: I NEVER ship the same day an order arrives. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I will ship 95% of orders the day after the payment CLEARS processing. For debit and credit cards that is usually an 2 hour to 24 hour process. Bank transfers of funds and checks will take 3-7 days to clear. For example if you order at lunch on Monday - Thursday and your payment clears 2 hours later the ring will be sent in for processing and ship the next business day. Friday orders get pushed back to Monday or the day after payment clears.
Please DON'T wait till the last minute to order. Things happen during production that can slow down the process as I will not ship a substandard ring. Shipping delays happen due to weather and other issues. Even a computer glitch could prevent me from getting insurance after normal business hours which would delay a last minute package. ORDER EARLY.....PLEASE!
Next Day Shipping:
I can charge a little extra for Next Day Shipping. Email for details. I would send a Email invoice for the additional shipping charges.
Credit Card Statement:
Your Credit Card Statement will say: Platinum Wedding Band Sale or something shorter if space is an issue. Usually Platinum Wed.
Sales Tax:
I am Texas based and must charge sales tax for all Texas Sales.
USA ONLY:
I ship to US address only. No Exceptions. Too much risk for international shipments.No Exceptions!
